How to create healthy habits?
We all know that living a healthy lifestyle, in these times, can be difficult, and how much I talk about health, I don’t mean the food we eat, I mean living a life with good habits in the different areas of our lives.
But, I assure you that making healthy choices can help you feel better and more joyful.
Women today know and want to do everything, aha! But we must evaluate what you are doing right and what you are not doing. Many factors can lead us to do and convert bad habits without realizing it. So, I think we must evaluate who they are and what you want to change.
I once heard someone say “you have to be consistent”, yes, with what we say and with what we are. I think that’s a good way to identify what we want to change.
Here you share five ways you can begin to create healthier habits:
1-Identify the areas and factors that are causing you instability. Check your environment, eliminate what you don’t need around. -Write them down and create steps on how you can change them.
2-Make a list of the things you like to do and include it even if one of them is in your daily routine. Give yourself what you like…..don’t push yourself!
3-Step confidence, is very important girls. Check your safety, examine yourself and get to know yourself. This will make you feel good and better.
4-Be positive, even if the world is falling down. Stay calm, breathe, and remember that there is someone who takes care of us better than we do ourselves.
I like the book of Matthew 6:33 which says: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. When we put God first in our life, my beauties, EVERYTHING changes. Look for him, find a space that you feel comfortable with and start talking to him as if you were talking to a friend. Tell me everything that happened to you and make him your best friend.
